Used King Electric through our warranty company. Our fan had stopped working, called our warranty company and they got the ball rolling to have King Electric diagnose the problem. A time was scheduled, the tech called to advise what time he would be at our residence.
The technician (Mr. Flores), diagnosed the problem, got in contact with our warranty company and his office and his office said to go ahead and install the new fan that we had.
Mr. Flores did an amazing job, very nice and considerate and very professional.

I just bought a “older” home & I wasn’t sure about what was going on with an electrical issue in my bathroom… I got a text message for the scheduled repair/service & a phone call before they showed up- great professionalism on their end! They Wore face mask for precautionary guidelines which was great as well. They came & addressed the issue in a quick timely manner & was respectful of my home!
